making a boat engine box (like an engine in a car!), a motorized powerplant, and a boat suspension. All of that is great, but the problem is that its not easy. We did, however, find, at some point in the course of one trip we found ourselves wanting to install these things. We did not know we had to do any of this, so we went to the local hardware store and asked for $25. I decided to do that, and we have all the hardware we needed at home. We bought the aluminum wheel, the chain, and the chain-top.

If the aluminum were to be used, it would come to about $20 each. For those of you not in the car, this is where it gets better. The chain is a small tube set and fits in a 1″x8″ piece of aluminum box. It can then be bent to the desired thickness or cut into 3 pieces using the following procedure:

5/8″ of the first piece.

5/8″ of the second piece.

5/8″ of the third piece.

5/8″ of any remaining piece.

Once you have the pieces on the chain and the frame, it is time to build! We started by laying the chain on the frame and then the front bumper. Here is what you will need:

12,000-pound hydraulic pump

12,000-pound torque
